JVC has officially covered new ground with the KD-X560BT Digital Media Receiver when it comes to head units!

The KD-X560BT offers something unique in comparison to it’s Kenwood, Pioneer and Alpine rivals. A 3′ screen sits on the face of the unit allowing a reversing camera connection. This will effectively act as your 3rd eye when reversing/parking.

This uniquely designed unit will allow advanced audio functions, a reverse camera connection, video play back and allow handsfree calling with Audiostreaming A2DP profiles. (allowing music to be streamed to the unit)

Front USB and AUX-
Enjoy your favourite audio from your smartphone in your vehicle. Simply plug your device in via AUX. (Only Andriod devices can have music playback via USB). USB has also got a dust cover for extra protection

Stalk/Steering wheel control ready-
Control your stereo playback from the comfort of your steering wheel without taking your eyes off the road. (addition wiring looms may be needed depending on the vehicle)

Bluetooth-
This radio really taps into the potential of your sound system with Bluetooth handsfree and audio streaming. Stream your favourite music from your device with A2DP Bluetooth or take an important call without using your phone whilst driving with the Bluetooth HFP V1.6 feature.

Rear Camera Input-
Add a reversing camera for parking assistance. This will allow any reversing camera to connect. (RCA connection only)***

Mechless–
The mechless design gives the unit a modern look whilst also giving the unit a short body. Allowing fitment into a wider variety of vehicles.

*having a reversing camera should not deter you from taking the necessary precautions when parking/reversing. The reversing camera is a visual aid, not a replacement.

Shipping Policy

Son Sound delivers countrywide (South Africa - not outside the borders of South Africa), at the shipping rates charged in the shopping cart/checkout - depending on the item(s) and order. Please provide your delivery address on checkout. All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which means 2-5 business days delivery from date of order - depending on your location.

Refund Policy

Due to the vast number of products on our store, it is not possible to keep al prices and availability up to date. Therefore, customers are prompted to first confirm prices and availability before placing an order and making an online payment.

SON SOUND will either give a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchase within 7 days under the following terms and conditions:

  • If a product\'s price has changed or not available and an order was placed and paid online without the customer confirming the latest price and availability, SON SOUND will refund the customer the full paid amount MINUS 3.5% up to 5% (depending on the payment method the customer used) - which is the service fee charged by our payment gateway provider.
  • If the product was delivered and the customer is not happy with the product, the product must be returned at the customer\'s expense, upon which SON SOUND will accept the return provided that the product packaging has not been severely damaged and the product has not been used, installed or show physical damages. Products must be returned in its original packaging. Three and a half percent (3.5%) of the purchase price will be deducted if payment was made online as payment gateway service fee.
  • Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
  • Credits, exchanges or refunds can only be granted after the product has been returned and inspected (and tested) by trained technical staff to determine if the condition of the returned product grants a credit, refund or exchange. Items cannot be credited, exchanged or refunded before this procedure has been completed. Depending on the product and our supplier, it may take any time from 5-20 working days to process.
  • A delivery fee will be charged again whenever the product is replaced with the same or another.
  • If an out-of-box defect can be determined or any defects covered under the manufacturer\'s warrantee, such warrantee will be honored.

SON SOUND adheres to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and will base any return on the statutes of the Act.
