Description

The DN-312X is a 1U rack-mounted 12-channel mixer that can solve countless audio challenges. It features 6 mic/line combination inputs (HDHQ® Denon-Marantz proprietary mic pre’s) each with switchable phantom power and 6 additional line-level inputs. It has balanced XLR outputs, a 1/4-inch (6.3mm) mono output that can be used to connect the DN-312X to a remote mixer, a pair of RCA stereo outputs to connect to a remote recording device, and 1/4-inch (6.3mm) mic monitoring port that can be used to monitor the mics’ signals. The DN-312X provides individual level control for all inputs in addition to level control for the mono output port and a master level control. Rounding off the feature set, It has a 3-level equalizer and a controlled priority for Mic/Line 1. It can be powered from standard AC or a 24V DC power source, inviting it to be used in a variey of applications; everything from a classtroom to a tour bus.

Shipping Policy

Son Sound delivers countrywide (South Africa - not outside the borders of South Africa), at the shipping rates charged in the shopping cart/checkout - depending on the item(s) and order. Please provide your delivery address on checkout. All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which means 2-5 business days delivery from date of order - depending on your location.

Refund Policy

Due to the vast number of products on our store, it is not possible to keep al prices and availability up to date. Therefore, customers are prompted to first confirm prices and availability before placing an order and making an online payment.

SON SOUND will either give a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchase within 7 days under the following terms and conditions:

  • If a product\'s price has changed or not available and an order was placed and paid online without the customer confirming the latest price and availability, SON SOUND will refund the customer the full paid amount MINUS 3.5% up to 5% (depending on the payment method the customer used) - which is the service fee charged by our payment gateway provider.
  • If the product was delivered and the customer is not happy with the product, the product must be returned at the customer\'s expense, upon which SON SOUND will accept the return provided that the product packaging has not been severely damaged and the product has not been used, installed or show physical damages. Products must be returned in its original packaging. Three and a half percent (3.5%) of the purchase price will be deducted if payment was made online as payment gateway service fee.
  • Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
  • Credits, exchanges or refunds can only be granted after the product has been returned and inspected (and tested) by trained technical staff to determine if the condition of the returned product grants a credit, refund or exchange. Items cannot be credited, exchanged or refunded before this procedure has been completed. Depending on the product and our supplier, it may take any time from 5-20 working days to process.
  • A delivery fee will be charged again whenever the product is replaced with the same or another.
  • If an out-of-box defect can be determined or any defects covered under the manufacturer\'s warrantee, such warrantee will be honored.
