Super Fast Workflow

Every function and parameter on the M 20X can be reached in just one or two steps so you get the results you want when you want them.

A highly responsive, 5″ capacitive touchscreen is on board offering intuitive navigation through all features.

You can even pair the touchscreen with an external tablet with the RCF M 20X to expand your control options.

Eight user keys featuring versatile programming options give you instant control of scene selection, play/record transport, tap tempo and a variety of user interface shortcuts.

Eleven motorised faders are on installed on the RCF M 20X mixer for precise control over your mix with instant visual feedback. Furthermore, the faders have been specially designed for minimal movement noise.

You also have four layers of fader assignments, giving you immediate control over input channels 1-10 and 11-20, FX returns and outputs. By hitting the Fader View button you can see all fader details at once.

Three Recording Options

With the RCF M 20X digital mixer, multitrack recording of your live shows is easier than ever.

With the onboard USB audio interface you have 24 track, 24 bit, 48 kHz low-latency performance across all inputs.

You can also record all 20 inputs in multitrack WAV format directly onto a local SD card and play back your recordings right there on the mixer without ever using a computer.

Last but not least is the USB drive stereo recorder which handles multiple file formats, recording straight onto a USB drive and acting as a multimedia player.

Enhanced FX Engines

The RCF M 20X desktop mixer features four buses that are dedicated to internal FX engines.

Son Sound delivers countrywide (South Africa - not outside the borders of South Africa), at the shipping rates charged in the shopping cart/checkout - depending on the item(s) and order. Please provide your delivery address on checkout. All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which means 2-5 business days delivery from date of order - depending on your location.

Refund Policy

Due to the vast number of products on our store, it is not possible to keep al prices and availability up to date. Therefore, customers are prompted to first confirm prices and availability before placing an order and making an online payment.

SON SOUND will either give a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchase within 7 days under the following terms and conditions:

  • If a product\'s price has changed or not available and an order was placed and paid online without the customer confirming the latest price and availability, SON SOUND will refund the customer the full paid amount MINUS 3.5% up to 5% (depending on the payment method the customer used) - which is the service fee charged by our payment gateway provider.
  • If the product was delivered and the customer is not happy with the product, the product must be returned at the customer\'s expense, upon which SON SOUND will accept the return provided that the product packaging has not been severely damaged and the product has not been used, installed or show physical damages. Products must be returned in its original packaging. Three and a half percent (3.5%) of the purchase price will be deducted if payment was made online as payment gateway service fee.
  • Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
  • Credits, exchanges or refunds can only be granted after the product has been returned and inspected (and tested) by trained technical staff to determine if the condition of the returned product grants a credit, refund or exchange.
