Description

The QUAD Industrial Concourse CSub is a round ceiling sub bass loudspeaker with a 10′ long throw LF and passive low pass filter. The Concourse CSub is intended for medium to large room applications requiring high quality speech reinforcement and/or background music.
The Concourse CSub has switch settings for 4 and 16 ohm low impedance, allowing efficient use of amplifier power and parallel looping connections with no transformer losses or signal degradation.
For distributed applications, the Concourse CSub has an integral transformer with selectable 70 or 100 volt settings and 60-30-15 watt tappings. The Concourse CSub includes a back box and ‘C’ ring for weight distribution on ceiling finishes. In addition, the Concourse CSub has an optional mud ring and ceiling tile mounting (with integral terminal box containing conduit knockouts).
All components (including grill) are attached to a steel tether, which in turn is attached to an external anchor point.

Shipping Policy

Son Sound delivers countrywide (South Africa - not outside the borders of South Africa), at the shipping rates charged in the shopping cart/checkout - depending on the item(s) and order. Please provide your delivery address on checkout. All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which means 2-5 business days delivery from date of order - depending on your location.

Refund Policy

Due to the vast number of products on our store, it is not possible to keep al prices and availability up to date. Therefore, customers are prompted to first confirm prices and availability before placing an order and making an online payment.

SON SOUND will either give a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchase within 7 days under the following terms and conditions:

  • If a product\'s price has changed or not available and an order was placed and paid online without the customer confirming the latest price and availability, SON SOUND will refund the customer the full paid amount MINUS 3.5% up to 5% (depending on the payment method the customer used) - which is the service fee charged by our payment gateway provider.
  • If the product was delivered and the customer is not happy with the product, the product must be returned at the customer\'s expense, upon which SON SOUND will accept the return provided that the product packaging has not been severely damaged and the product has not been used, installed or show physical damages. Products must be returned in its original packaging. Three and a half percent (3.5%) of the purchase price will be deducted if payment was made online as payment gateway service fee.
  • Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
  • Credits, exchanges or refunds can only be granted after the product has been returned and inspected (and tested) by trained technical staff to determine if the condition of the returned product grants a credit, refund or exchange. Items cannot be credited, exchanged or refunded before this procedure has been completed. Depending on the product and our supplier, it may take any time from 5-20 working days to process.
  • A delivery fee will be charged again whenever the product is replaced with the same or another.
  • If an out-of-box defect can be determined or any defects covered under the manufacturer\'s warrantee, such warrantee will be honored.

SON SOUND adheres to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and will base any return on the statutes of the Act.
