The Electro-Voice EVOLVE 30M Portable 1000W Column System is a versatile, ultra-compact PA system that’s perfect for small and medium-sized venues. Packing 1000-watts of power, the Evolve 30M can be used on its own by solo artists or daisy-chained with other units for larger venues with ensembles. This PA system consists of three major parts: a potent 10″ woofer, lightweight aluminum sub pole, and a column array with six 2.8″ neodymium drivers. The Evolve 30M has a proprietary waveguide design that provides 120º of horizontal coverage and 40º of vertical coverage to ensure that the back of the house will always hear your mix. It has an onboard 8-channel digital mixer that can handle microphones, guitars, instruments, and many more. Featuring wireless control via the QuickSmart mobile app and seamless Bluetooth streaming, the Evolve 30M has enough functionality for almost any performer.

Ultra-portable, collapsible design saves you time and effort

Lugging a heavy PA into the venue is a lot of work. The Electro-Voice Evolve 30M seeks to change that. Weighing almost 15 lbs. less than its predecessor, the Evolve 50, this PA tips the scales at just 44 lbs. To make transportation easy, the Evolve 30M ships to your door with an included backpack for the column array and the aluminum speaker pole. Setup is simple, the 2-section aluminum pole mounts into the subwoofer and transmits audio to the column array via internal integrated speaker wires. The intuitive design helps you get set up for your gig in no time at all. Just plug it all in and play!

The fully configurable digital mixer is ready for anything

The Evolve 30M has a fully configurable 8-channel digital mixer that you can control from your smartphone via the QuickSmart mobile app. You get four presets to cover some of the situations you may encounter. It includes a 3-band EQ, onboard compressor, dual FX sends and independent channel gain controls. In the app, you can add any one of the 30 professional-quality effects to your mix, including reverb, delay, chorus, flanger, and echo!

Neodymium drivers deliver top-notch sound and expansive coverage

The Evolve 30 is a sonic powerhouse. The column array is loaded with six 2.8″ neodymium high-frequency drivers and a proprietary waveguide that provides an impressive 120º of horizontal coverage and 40º of vertical coverage. The excellent sound quality and dispersion of the column array is paired with the raw power of the ported 10″ subwoofer to produce up to 123dB SPL with a frequency response as low as 45 Hz. No matter where you’re playing, you can rest assured that every inch of the venue receives the best sound possible.

Shipping Policy

Son Sound delivers countrywide (South Africa - not outside the borders of South Africa), at the shipping rates charged in the shopping cart/checkout - depending on the item(s) and order. Please provide your delivery address on checkout. All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which means 2-5 business days delivery from date of order - depending on your location.

Refund Policy

Due to the vast number of products on our store, it is not possible to keep al prices and availability up to date. Therefore, customers are prompted to first confirm prices and availability before placing an order and making an online payment.

SON SOUND will either give a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchase within 7 days under the following terms and conditions:

  • If a product\'s price has changed or not available and an order was placed and paid online without the customer confirming the latest price and availability, SON SOUND will refund the customer the full paid amount MINUS 3.5% up to 5% (depending on the payment method the customer used) - which is the service fee charged by our payment gateway provider.
  • If the product was delivered and the customer is not happy with the product, the product must be returned at the customer\'s expense, upon which SON SOUND will accept the return provided that the product packaging has not been severely damaged and the product has not been used, installed or show physical damages. Products must be returned in its original packaging. Three and a half percent (3.5%) of the purchase price will be deducted if payment was made online as payment gateway service fee.
  • Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
  • Credits, exchanges or refunds can only be granted after the product has been returned and inspected (and tested) by trained technical staff to determine if the condition of the returned product grants a credit, refund or exchange. Items cannot be credited, exchanged or refunded before this procedure has been completed. Depending on the product and our supplier, it may take any time from 5-20 working days to process.
  • A delivery fee will be charged again whenever the product is replaced with the same or another.
  • If an out-of-box defect can be determined or any defects covered under the manufacturer\'s warrantee, such warrantee will be honored.

SON SOUND adheres to the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and will base any return on the statutes of the Act.
