Drunken Hobo

If you’ve heard the song “Disciple” with Slayer, you’ve probably noticed a high-pitched, distorted warble going on in the chorus. This TonePrint is designed to replicate that effect. That being said, you have Gary Holt’s permission to use his “Drunken Hobo” TonePrint for other things as well. Say you wanna play another song by Slayer… he won’t mind. But let’s keep things metal, shall we?The Rise-button has been designated to control the amount of Feedback. When you turn the button all the way up, you’ll get the most extreme sound.

Standard Vibrato

Reeves Gabrels’ Shaker Vibrato TonePrint adds a feedback to create a swirly out-of-phase sound that you won’t find on traditional Vibrato pedals.

Shake

Yogi’s ‘Shake’ TonePrint for Shaker Vibrato goes from a subtle vibrato through its medium setting, that has a keyboard-like quality to it. Think: Hohner clavinet through a Roland Jazz Chorus. At the extreme end of the tonal spectrum the Shake features an ’50’s low-budget-sci-fi-movie-with-aliens-yelling’ type of sound – Mars Attacks!

Vibrato

The tonecontrol on Wes’s shaker has a special feature, since it also controls the feedback. It takes it up to a hundred, but diminishes the highs cut at the same time. The highest vibrato speed is extremely high, twice the speed as normal. At 12 o’clock it delivers a somewhat subtle warbly sound, almost like a bad record not playing right anymore. At a quarter past 12 it’s an old gangsta style evil keyboardy kind of sound. So Wes’s From typical vibrato to spaceship. It works perfectly in latch mode for adding expression spanding from leslie like tones to psychedelic ones for those long dramatic tones to end a phrase or a solo. In Wes’ own words: “The coolest vibrato ever”!

Son Sound delivers countrywide (South Africa - not outside the borders of South Africa), at the shipping rates charged in the shopping cart/checkout - depending on the item(s) and order. Please provide your delivery address on checkout. All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which means 2-5 business days delivery from date of order - depending on your location.

Refund Policy

Due to the vast number of products on our store, it is not possible to keep al prices and availability up to date. Therefore, customers are prompted to first confirm prices and availability before placing an order and making an online payment.

SON SOUND will either give a store credit, exchange or refund on any online purchase within 7 days under the following terms and conditions:

If a product\'s price has changed or not available and an order was placed and paid online without the customer confirming the latest price and availability, SON SOUND will refund the customer the full paid amount MINUS 3.5% up to 5% (depending on the payment method the customer used) - which is the service fee charged by our payment gateway provider.
If the product was delivered and the customer is not happy with the product, the product must be returned at the customer\'s expense, upon which SON SOUND will accept the return provided that the product packaging has not been severely damaged and the product has not been used, installed or show physical damages. Products must be returned in its original packaging. Three and a half percent (3.5%) of the purchase price will be deducted if payment was made online as payment gateway service fee.
Software products cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Products will not be refunded or exchanged due to incompatibility. Please check compatibility information before placing an order.
Credits, exchanges or refunds can only be granted after the product has been returned and inspected (and tested) by trained technical staff to determine if the condition of the returned product grants a credit, refund or exchange. Items cannot be credited, exchanged or refunded before this procedure has been completed. Depending on the product and our supplier, it may take any time from 5-20 working days to process.
A delivery fee will be charged again whenever the product is replaced with the same or another.
If an out-of-box defect can be determined or any defects covered under the manufacturer\'s warrantee, such warrantee will be honored.
